Our company was started at the beginning of 2009 by Lawrence J. Gall, and is a Sole Proprietorship. We are based in the East Bay, over in the Dublin Pleasanton area. We are a small company, giving us the advantage of having less overhead, and lowered fixed expenses so that we can offer a reasonably lower rate to our customers.
